Developing a mentorship and leadership pathway that walks with our youth from high school into college, providing guidance, encouragement, leadership development, and meaningful opportunities for engagement.

Modernizing communication through enhanced technology, streamlined registration, refined scheduling, and the preservation of our Convention’s history.
The Timothy Initiative
Creating intentional pathways into leadership, mentorship, transition planning, and spiritual growth that prepare the next generation to lead our Convention with excellence and faithfulness. We cannot just expect them to develop by watching us, but they need to be cultivated, coached, and commissioned into service. Also, developing this into a Resource Model that can function within the framework of our churches as well.
Social Justice & Community Advocacy
Strengthening our commitment to biblical justice by aligning with the pillars of our National Convention’s new Center for Social Justice, revitalizing our collective Social Action, and mobilizing leaders across Illinois to engage in advocacy, voter education, legislative awareness, and initiatives that strengthen and uplift our communities. We have a responsibility to aide in the protection of the vulnerable and confront oppression as we uphold righteousness.
